We saw soooo many Dolphin, Whale, Seal. and the guide was passionate to find these. But the best time to watch Whale is March :)

Was a beautiful morning in december. Being one of the first boats out for the day I knew the search was on. The crew was doing a great job to engage passengers in the search for whale blows in the distance while also educating us about where we were in respect to what the animals are up to and why they may be found there. Alas no whales on this 10am tour but as we started to make our way to port the Capt'n made a course change and started to speed up...I knew something was spotted! Way out in the distance the crew tracked down a very large pod of common dolphins eager to play in the pressure waves of the boat. The encounter was limited due to the late sighting but well worth the morning on the sea. Great boat, great crew, also a great deal on tickets!

Saw lots and lots of dolphins many with young pups and many jumping high out of the water and in sunlit waters. We had qualified staff and naturalists that gave everyone a nice overview of facts about these animals. Did not see whales, but the boat ride by itself was really nice. Saw sea lions lounging on buoys and white herons looking for handouts. Even with the haze, can see San Clemente Island and Catalina Island and the coast of Southern Los Angeles area.
