This was a very comfortable boat with lots off room to move about. We saw only one whale, but followed him for quite a while for good views. There's just no way to guarantee how many you will see, as it's up to the whales! Lots of dolphins, which was great fun to watch. The captain knew where to find creatures, and he had lots of good information to give us. It had been very windy the day before, and maybe not as good a trip, but we relaxed in the sunshine for a great boat ride for only $35. We took our trip at 12. It was available at 10,12 and 2. We checked weatherforecasts and reserved our trip on line ahead of time.

My wife, nine month old and myself enjoyed our time out on the water. It was a great tour around the southern California coast. We saw a lot of dolphins and sea lions. We wish we would have seen some whales but we were just happy to be out on the water. We got a hamburger on board, I thought it was very good and it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this tour and the fact that it was baby friendly was awesome.

My family of four, including at 9 and 11 year old loved this excursion. It was a joy to watch a baby whale and it's mother swim harmoniously together up the striking California coast. We even had the opportunity to watch them play in a cove. When the captain spotted dolphins, he turned his attention to those beautiful creatures and was able to maneuver the boat within feet of them. Nature at its finest. He was very informative of the migration patterns of the animals so we learned a lot too. Dress warmly. In April it was cold on the ocean with the afternoon wind.
