We had a good tour via small group, of the Scagway cemetery and on up White's Pass. Some rain shower and low clouds prevented full views at the top, but nice scenery and history along the way.

Joe did a Great job of pointing out points of interest and telling colorful stories about the history of the area, but it was his interest in nature and showing us plants, trees and describing the land that really enhanced the experience. I am SO glad that we took this tour rather than the train ride and was much less expensive as well. A concise tour that was really well done!

The start was rough, due to the fact the web-site was misleading....it asked for pick up location we put red onion, we decided to check and make sure before lunch and we were told they had us down at the ship, no one ever called us. The lady acted like it was no big deal! But had we not checked we would've missed the bus!!! The only reason we enjoyed it was because of our driver he was friendly and knowable. Beautiful scenery, great trip once we got away from the check in desk!

I'm terribly sorry you were confused but being pick up at the Red Onion is not one of our pick up locations... we state we are happy to pick up at your ship's dock ( that is our default location) or please stop in at our shop at 3rd and Broadway and we will pick you up there. You came running into our shop which at the time was full of people and talking frantically. Your tour wasn't due to leave for another hour or more. I was trying to calm you down and let you know that everything was OK. I apologize that you didn't understand my intent.
