What To Expect

Skagway Alaska Downtown

Meet your guide, board the comfortable vehicle and enjoy a short tour of Skagway’s historic district before climbing steeply towards the Chilkoot Mountains.

British Columbia

The dramatic scenery of the White Pass summit soon surrounds you. This is a wonderland of impressive peaks, azure lakes and stunted forests. The pace is unhurried; you will have ample time to enjoy the view with stops at choice scenic locations.

Yukon Suspension Bridge

Past the summit visit the Yukon Suspension Bridge, where you can venture out onto the bridge to get stunning views of the turbulent waters of the Tutshi River below. Learn the about Gold Rush history and the natural history of the area. Walk along the boardwalk and immerse yourself in the miniature world of alpine wildflowers.

Our travel guide was terrific. Her name is Christine Rogers. She was a great communicator, well informed and has a charming outgoing personality. There 13 in our group of our children and grandchildren had amazing experience learning all that Christine shared with us and seeing the beauty of Alaska and Canada. Christine in addition to being a good driver and tour guide was an excellent photographer.

Our driver, Nicki, was hands down the best guide and driver that we’ve ever had. She was patient, energetic and kind. Mostly she was passionate about the area that she took us through to get to the suspension bridge. She knew the wildlife, the areas where they could be found, the history and culture of the people of the area. She answered all of our questions, accommodating our requests for photo opportunities. I would go on another tour with her anytime! She is an amazing person!
