For my family it was our 4th trip to Wildman. We brought 7 newbies along for rafting and ziplining. Everyone had an absolute blast. The guides are extremely knowledgable and are funny. Most of there jokes anyway. :) I highly recommend this place for anything they offer. The 7 newbies all stated they want to go back next year with us too. On a side note the water level was higher than normal and running g quite quick. I believe the guide said it was 3200 cfm on Sat when we went. My boat earned the coveted spots on there swim team.

Thanks for coming back! It sounds like you are starting a small Wildman following. Thanks for spreading the word and we'll be looking forward to your 5th trip at Wildman! (we'll let the staff know you enjoy their "great jokes")

This was the first time our family had ever went rafting. My husband and I took our two teenage sons (14 and 17). There were a total of 5 or 6 boats that went during the same time slot. We all loaded up on a bus and then were divided up into boats at the launch. There were two different size boats, some with 4 guest and a guide and some with 8 guests and a guide. Our boat had 8 which was good for our first time. We may get even more adventurous the next time and try a smaller boat. Our tour guide was Jacob and he did a great job. He even reassured my younger son that he would be fine sitting up front which I appreciated. We all had a blast and can't wait to go again!

Thanks for the review Erin. We're glad that you enjoyed your time here with your family. We hope that you'll be back for the "Wild Ride" trip with just the four of you in a raft. Thanks again! We'll see you soon!

Very happy we found Wildman. We are taking advantage of several of their adventures. So far, they have not disappointed! Their staff is phenomenal. It seems as though each and every one (that we dealt with anyway) wants only to make your time with them special. They are friendly, laid back, diligent about safety, and extremely knowledgeable. They relate to people well. We were fortunate to have Sam as our guide for our white water rafting trip. He made the day most pleasant! The equipment is in good condition, the training and safety is top notch, and the river is amazing! If you are able to take a camera, you can get some beautiful shots. However, never take anything into the raft that cannot get wet or lost. The most powerful rapids on this tour are stage 4. This tour allows you to go through that passage twice. The first time Sam plotted a course that was great, the second pass he plotted a course that was even more demanding and exciting. Additionally, the trip includes some stage 2 or 3 rapids. We were lucky. We visited early August, but fortunately the water levels were still high enough for a great run.
