Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

Awesome time with family going rafting with Big Creek Expeditions. Our guide Alyssa was phenomenal and made the trip worth it. If you go, request her as your guide and you won’t be disappointed.

We had the best time white water rafting! We were with a big group and my groups guide was Alyssa and she was amazing! Our group had small kids and she made them feel comfortable and relaxed! Alyssa was very knowledgeable and professional! My sons boat was full of 12/13 year olds and Wesley was their guide! They loved him and he made it very exciting! My sons has already asked to go back tomorrow. We will definitely use Big Creek Expeditions the next time we come to Gatlinburg!!
