We took a large family group of 24 for a fun day of white water rafting. With 24 people, you'd expect things to rougher on land than the river. I was happy that Elton and the other guys made sure we had a great time. Added bonus, all 24 of us made it back.

River was beautiful. Way to many rafts on the water, we constantly ran into other rafts. Our guide, Huey was terrible. Smelled horrible(Even coworkers commented how he smelled) and was clearly hungover. Barely spoke to us. Worst guide. Not fun.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We are sincerely sorry that river was overcrowded and that the rafting trip did not meet your expectations. We would also like to apologize for the issue you experienced with your guide, as this is not typically the case with Huey. At Big Creek Expeditions, we strive to make sure all of our guests enjoy their rafting adventures. If you would like to discuss the issue further please feel free to give me a call at 423-487-0178 and I would be more than happy to discuss what went wrong and what we can do to make it up to you.
