Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

This was my first time WWR! It was seriously the best day!! We felt so safe.. The staff felt like we were talking with family. I was so nervous at first but they immediately put my nerves at ease. The guy (dont know his name) (#hotredhead) who was giving the safety instructions was so funny, very informative and really made me feel safe...Our guide Jeremy was really the best part besides nature of course🏞 He made me feel so safe and really knew his way around the water. I got to jump out and he lifted my big butt out of the water 🤣 He was so nice, made me laugh and was confident in his instructions. I would never go anywhere else when we come back!! The experience was like no other. That's what life is about..right?? making memories. Today was one I will never forget. Thank you to everyone that made today special. U guys ROCK ✊🏾😊

Really enjoyed the trip. We had a good time and a good guide. Highly recommend this company. It can get pretty crowded but they do a pretty good job with crowd control. Bus ride is a little tight but otherwise, it was good fun.

Our apologies for the full bus ride. We like to make sure folks have an adventurous bonding experience from start to finish while rafting with us (we joke, but we really do!) My husband and I along with two other couples that we are friends with decided to add a rafting trip to our vacation in the smokies! We are SO glad we chose this rafting company and our guide, Stoney, was incredible! He had all the jokes the whole time we were rafting while also making sure we were safe and comfortable with what was being asked of us. Additionally, it was a chilly day and the company offered splash jackets free of charge. I would recommend rafting with this company and requesting Stoney as your guide!
