Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

Camping in the FoxFire campground we decided me and my dad to try the white water rafting expedition since it’s right on the campground. Booked in the morning and our date was set for two hours after that. Great experience for people who enjoy adventure and even a bit of adrenaline. I’m not sure if it’s entirely for small children as it is physically a bit exhausting and the risk is higher. Experienced children wouldn’t be a problem at all, though. Definitely worth the time and the price! Plus you get memories for a life time!

We had a great time. BCE is great hosting us for the day on a rafting trip. They are very safety conscious and have very experienced guides. We will be going back and would recommend them for a outdoor experience.

My fiancé, my 9 yr old son and myself all went whitewater rafting for the first time. I liked that our group were the only ones in our boat. Darrell U. wasn’t our guide. He has over 30 years experience professionally and many more than that personally. He was personable and made us feel safe in him knowing what to do. I feel like he gave us the best experience possible. Whitewater rafting was everything I had always hoped it would be. Thank you Darrell and Big Creek Expeditions!
