I made a reservation for this tour based on previous comments, and perhaps because it was early in the tourist season staff was not up to speed. Problems started with the office nagging me for a confirmation of the tour res. by phone. Received at least 4 calls to confirm. There were two different drivers for the tour, which was not well-coordinated by the office. Our group was stranded for quite awhile due to conflicting info from 1st driver for the return trip. Lots of wasted time. Not sure 2nd driver knew what was expected with route and information along the way. Both were nice guys, but trip execution was sloppy. Would not use this group again. There are lots of other options to see Turnagain Arm.

Such a beautiful tour, professional and experienced guide ( thank you ben for an awesome adventure). My first time in Alaska, this tour is a very nice introduction to Alaskan wilderness and get to know a lot about the mountains and the history of Alaska. I definitely recommend it.
