Matthew was an excellent patient "since I was late" knowledgeable guide. Proud of his family and roots here. We explored and saw wildlife and shopped and took great pictures that the memories will last a lifetime. I highly recommend especially since it was last minute our Uber driver was late but the office worked with is to catch up with the group. I appreciate it since it was my best friend's birthday the glaciers were magnificent. Worth every dime. Lively late Leah Georgia girl from Florida

Our guide Matthew was very personable and gave us the impression that he loved his job. That made for a nice afternoon. Highly recommended.

Got a Groupon for this tour, emailed tour and booked date, got a confirmation email so thought we were good to go. Showed up in Anchorage from Minnesota, called tour to see where to be for pick up and found out there was no tour going out that day. When I said I had confirmed date they just said it must have gotten lost. Just a sorry can't help you. So I ended up getting a refund. But being we had flown there for a day while in Seattle for this tour I was pretty upset I didn't find out it wasn't happening until I got to AK.

I believe you called with a shuttle pass and were told that the shuttle pass does not work for this tour. The shuttle pass is a ride to and from a destination such as Girdwood and Portage. We have five departures to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center that you could have taken if one was cancelled due to not enough people to operate. However, since you purchased a Groupon that is not for this tour we could only offer to have you pay for an upgrade or take the shuttle passes and use them as directed on the Groupon fine print.
