Guide was excellent. Cost was too high for just a ride in the country. I thought for sure tasting fees would be paid. When I was charged &70 At the first winery wr canceled the rest of tour

Dear Martha, as I mentioned the day of the tour, this is not where you can rate Viator, but my personal business page. You mentioned that I was great, but you had frustrations with Viator. I'm sorry you had those difficulties and we tried hard to accommodate and find extra things for you before cancelling the rest of your day. You and Charles were on a 50% discount and tasting fees are never included with wine tours (if they had been, I would have payed more for your tastings than you were paying for the tour). Everything is spelled out in the tour profile and in our e-mails. Again, I am sorry that wine tasting was a different type of experience than what you imagined. This isn't how you rate Viator, however, it is my and Tamara's personal page which you both assured us you had not intention of critiquing. If you would ever like to return for another trip, we would be more than happy to extend you a complimentary tour. Sincerely, Ken

It was very intimate, extremely informative tour. Each vineyard was prepared for our arrival. It was a perfect day in spite of the dreary weather. If you are looking for a personal winery tour with friendly informative guide this is your tour.
