We had a week of unplanned time and Russ was extremely generous with his time, skilful in determining our specific needs, and fantastic in putting together a plan for us. All the things he suggested for us turned out to be awesome! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are very grateful for Russ' excellent input. Transport via ferry, bus, small plane......all went like clockwork. Seldovia was a great suggestion of a place to spend a few days well away from crowds. Thanks Russ....

This is our first visit to Anchorage, AK and we are curious of what we can do for a limited number of days we were there. After our Anchorage city tour, the visitor center staff recommended Anchorage Downtown TourGroup to check what tour is available to get around Alaska. Russ Reno, recommended a day tour taking a train from Anchorage to Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park Cruise which includes lunch and roundtrip train ride. The tour we get was the highlight of our stay in Anchorage. We had a good time taking pictures of Alaska's landscape we saw from our train ride bothways. It was an amazing experience. The cruise was very organize including the buffet lunch of Prime Rib and Alaskan Salmon. We had a chance to see the close-up of Ice Bergs and Glaciers, whale watching, and whatever wild life we can see along the way. The weather was cooperating as well during our tour and absolutely made our day. Although the tour starts from 6:45AM train ride from Anchorage and came back around 10:30PM, it was worth of the money we have paid for. Thanks to Russ Reno for the job well done! Very good recommendation.
