Great coach trip to Woodbury common outlet, both journeys the coach driver arrived early. Great outlet with lots of choice. I booked the 8.30 - 3pm coach which gave us plenty of time to shop & eat.

Nice comfortable coach ride, however left a little late due to passengers arriving late and blocked the coach from leaving, tried to change booking coming back, told no availability however on our coach back people had swapped to any earlier coach so there were definitely spaces, and the coach was a little late picking us up,even though we had to be there 30 mins before

This is just a bus ride and we departed on time. There was no commentary. We were dropped off and told of the pickup point for the return back to Manhattan.
