Used Citypass to get tickets, arrived at the meeting point a few mins before departure time. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bus was very clean with air conditioning, driver was very good. Woodbury commons is a great place, well worth a visit to escape from the chaos of central Manhattan. Very casual place and great deals in all shops available

Very good service and great shopping experience. Was easy to locate the busses from Port Authority and the flexibility of departure at both ends makes it super convenient.

Reliable bus service but to find the right counter at the Bus Terminal was a bit of a hassle. Once on board, everything was up to speed.
