The tickets bought through the operator were not valid. We had to purchase tickets at the bus station. Horrible experience with this tour operator. No refund provided as of yet.

Awful experience. The operator did not recognise the booking, we missed the bus, had to make another booking , when we wrote to the operator complaining they asked to contact viator. We are now waiting for the refund.

Se bought tickets tio Woodbury Outlet. When we arrived at the bus terminal at Manhattan there was nobody who could till us, Everest we could get the ticket. So we had too buy New tickets. It became an expensive tripp. I Have contacted you but Have not had a av ny answer.
