Zipline Forest at Nashville North

Overview
Zipping is a thrilling adventure with a bird’s eye view! Families, friends, and groups of all kinds love soaring through the green hills of Fontanel, through the trees in our majestic old growth forest on 9 separate zip lines covering about 1.5 miles of terrain. Zippers sail through the air on steel cables, secured in a safety harness and attached to a zip pulley system. Zip tours operate year-round. Experience zipping during every season!

Originally built in 1988 for country music superstar Barbara Mandrell, Fontanel was envisioned to be a place of peace and harmony set in the beautiful Whites Creek Valley of Nashville, Tennessee. In 2010 its doors were opened to the public. Since then, Fontanel has become one of Nashville’s premier music and lifestyle destinations.

My two daughters and I, ( ages 21,24,56) enjoyed the Zipline tour at Fontanel. We agree this is a great place to get a feel for ziplinning. The guides, Mike and Katherine are exceptional, alot of safety awareness, tips, interaction, and fun. We bought the two for one Valentines Day special at $65, and one regular at $59. Obviously it would be fun to see the trees in bloom, not bare. The time frame of a couple hours was perfect too. We had a great group to "zip" with also. Thanks Mike and Katherine for the memories!!

My son and I were visiting colleges in Nashville and saw a sign for this Zip Line adventure. He really wanted to go, so we took a short, beautiful drive to Adventureworks. For $59 he got to do 6-8 Zip lines all with spectacular views. He had a blast. It took about an hour and a half. While he did that, had a glass of wine from the Fontanel Winery, sat outside and admired the view!

We went for the zip-line adventure (which was AWESOME) and stayed for lunch at the restaurant. Everything was very clean and well maintained. This is a nice alternative to Nashville, TN activities.
