Zipline Forest at Nashville North

Overview
Zipping is a thrilling adventure with a bird’s eye view! Families, friends, and groups of all kinds love soaring through the green hills of Fontanel, through the trees in our majestic old growth forest on 9 separate zip lines covering about 1.5 miles of terrain. Zippers sail through the air on steel cables, secured in a safety harness and attached to a zip pulley system. Zip tours operate year-round. Experience zipping during every season!

Originally built in 1988 for country music superstar Barbara Mandrell, Fontanel was envisioned to be a place of peace and harmony set in the beautiful Whites Creek Valley of Nashville, Tennessee. In 2010 its doors were opened to the public. Since then, Fontanel has become one of Nashville’s premier music and lifestyle destinations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time touring the Fontanel Mansion and going zip lining - I've never been before and it was awesome. Beautiful property, also a gift shop, restaurants and bars and a fab country feeling. About 20 min from Nashville - $25 by cab one way.

This was my first time to ziipline and I was a bit hesitant.I had such a wonderful time I am looking forward to ziplining again! Our two guides were awesome. They were very cautious and helpfu during the adventure. The trip does take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours but it is worth the time when visiting the Inn at Fontanel.

Headed out to Fontanel to spend an afternoon zip lining. Ed and Colin were lots of fun providing a very safe and fun adventure for first time ziplines. I took my 9 and 12 year old thrill seeking sons with my two brothers and husband and we had a hoot. Some small uphill trails to the take off points, a quick lesson and off we flew. So cool!
