After seeing the Zoo on TV we decided to go. Price shock! $46 each for adult tickets. It is more expensive than the Bronx Zoo in NYC and several times smaller. It takes about 4 hours to see everything the zoo has to offer. While this makes for a good morning it really isn't worth the admission price.

My husband and I enjoy visiting zoos. After watching Zoo Tampa on television, we were excited to visit in person. We were both extremely underwhelmed. As far as zoos go, this one is just average, but their admission fee is triple the cost compared to most zoos we’ve visited. It’s not worth the price.

A fine way to spend a day visiting with the animals.One of the finest zoos in the country and as evidenced by the returning locals, it is a fine place to put on your callender for a days excursion. Water features ,rides and not only is it budget friendly, it stands up to Bush Gardens and Sea World as a must see see detination.
