ZooTampa At Lowry Park

Visit the Free-Flight aviary or splash around in the fountains. Continue your adventure to the 5 continent areas. In Florida Wilds, visit the David A. Straz Jr. Manatee Critical Care Center. Certainly one of the best Zoos I have ever seen. All the Zoo employees were very friendly and helpful. We fed an Indian White Rhino. What a tremendous experience. Can't wait to go back!

Great zoo. Was surprised to see all the expansive offerings. We loved all the bird aviaries and manatee exhibit. I like the way for locals they offer a season pass for not much more than a single day admission.

Although the park is beautiful, it doesn't have a lot of animals. No lions, gorillas or chimps. We did enjoy ourselves, just a bit disappointed with the variety of animals. I did enjoy the many aviary's they had. Lots of elephants and rhinos though. Sit on the 1 & 2 side of the adventure tour, can't see much from the 3 & 4 side.
