Not a lot of factual information overall-what happened when...It could have been made more interesting. We felt rushed that there was not enough time in each place. Acoustics were poor and with the guide head turning I lost about 50 of what was said. The joking around between the two guides about dead bodies in the Hudson and who claims them along with laughing about pushing them over to Jersey shore was a little macabre and truly inappropriate in the context of this horrific event in history where 3000 people lost their lives...

John was an excellent and authoritative guide. He spoke from his experience which in many ways was better than the museum itself. His insight and attentiveness to detail and also sensitivity to the group were great. Beyond the call. I can tell he is a person who cares about the city, the people and those who protect the city. I highly recommend this tour and this guide.
