This was the worst hop on hop off bus experience we have ever had. The two buses we were on were in terrible condition. We were downstairs and could not see out of windows. There was no air conditioning so it was very hot and humid in the bus. We tried 4 seats until we found an audio system that worked and often what we were hearing did not match up with where we were on the tour. And on top of that, one driver didn’t make a stop one of the hop off stops. Drove right on by altogether. We feel that we wasted $98. Big Bus? Never again.

We are very sorry that you you did not enjoy your hop-on-hop-off experience. We highly recommend sitting on the top of the double decker bus as that is where the best views are! Please note that at this time, due to construction we are unable to stop at #22 or #23 .I am assuming that this is the stop that you are referring to the driver not stopping at. Again, we apologize for obviously failing to live up to your expectations.

My friend and I took a loop tour of Miami Beach. Our Guide Ramon was entertaining and passionate and really loved his job. Ramon kept the tour fresh and entertaining throughout. The headphones on this buss were the worst! (Not Ramon's fault of course) and he knew it and really pushed hard to make sure we all heard him and could enjoy ourselves despite this setback.

We apologize for the failure of some of the headsets but so happy that Ramon was able to compensate.He works very hard to make sure that each customer is happy. We get so many good reviews for Ramon. Great way to tour city but too many people and not enough buses when we went. We didn’t want to hop off for fear of having to wait over an hour to maybe get on another bus. (The bus kept skipping stops because it was full and people getting on to stand said they had been waiting an hour and just pushed their way on during a red light) The central bus loop is complete chaos we were told to get off bus and stand in another line for the next loop, to be told to go stand in another line. Turns out the original bus turned into the loop we wanted and we were now in wrong line and had to reline up at the back. (we were first in the first line up the first time) and then had to wait 40 min for another bus.

We are very sorry that you experienced us on one of our busiest days! Due to increased ridership we will be increasing frequency in December for the winter season.
