Terrible experience. Bus was 30 minutes instead of advertised 15 minutes. No available seat inside. Was required to sit on top. Not allowed to use umbrellas. We won’t do this again!!

Hi Davis74501, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. Unfortunately, our buses have limited seating on the bottom enclosed deck. We operate under all weather conditions but due to safety reasons, we do not allow umbrellas to be used on the top deck. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you were still able to enjoy your tour.

So, there are guys in red vests all around Manhattan, especially near Times Square. We bought our ticket online, but it was great. The tour is pre-recorded (and a bit schlockey; could be more informative), but pretty good. There are two lines and for ~$110 we had access to both. One went south from Times Square, to the site of the World Trade Center. One went north to Central Park. Lots of options to get on and off. Great way to spend the day and see the highlights.

Great way to see all the major landmarks with no hassle and great view from the top of the bus! The pre recorded guide through the speaker was informative and also very well done. Great price if you add on a next day ticket
