We felt like we were just riding in traffic without much storyline. There was a recording that mostly played music and a bus driver shouting information, and they were competing with each other.

We purchased a 2 day pass and despite it being winter weather there was no heat in the bus on March 14. In March 15, we tried to take the uptown line and had to wait half an hour for the blue line while 3 red buses came by instead. Finally the blue line arrived. We got off at the Met and when ready to get back on discovered that the next bus would take an hour to arrive. That timing is unacceptable in a cosmopolitan city. We wound up taking a city bus to our next locations instead and never saw another Big bus on the blue line the rest of the afternoon . The hop on hop off two day pass was not worth the money spent as we only made it to one stop. We feel a refund for the second day is in order and look forward to hearing from a customer representative.

Hi Elizabeth! We’re sorry to learn that your New York tour didn’t go as planned for various reasons, but we truly appreciate your feedback! We keep a close eye on traffic patterns and road closures every day to ensure our Downtown tour runs every 15 minutes and our Uptown tour every 30 minutes. If necessary, we can add additional departures to better serve our guests and keep our schedule on track. Since we operate open-top buses that are exposed to the elements, we apologize if heating wasn’t available during your tour. We suggest dressing appropriately for the weather and hope you’ll consider joining us again in the future!

I would like to recommend this tour for any first time visitor of new york ,,,,, the bus offers tour to uptown and downtown ,,,,,, drivers are friendly ,,,, staff are very friendly and supportive especially i will mention Wanda Bou i met near M&M stop in time square area
