Please do not use this company !! Please! They lie and tell you the bus comes ever 10-15 minutes and left us stranded at Central Park

Hi 99noodles, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. We apologize for the confusion at our Central Park stop- our Uptown tour only departs every hour, on the hour from 10am-4pm. We encourage our customers to download our app which has a live bus tracker so you can see when the next bus will arrive at the stop. We hope this did not create too much of an inconvenience during your visit.

Would not recommend sold us a two day pass when they where aware that the following day they would not have the blue line open and so on the day we wanted to ride the blue line we got an email saying no service today. Total waste of money on top off on the red line you spend 90 percent of your time listening to music with very limited commentary

We've been on several hon on-hop off tours in big cities and this was by far the worst. The narration was pre-recorded (no live guide), and there was very little of it. We listened to a lot of music between what seemed like only about a dozen bits of commentary over two hours on the downtown loop. There could have been a lot more commentary on what we were seeing as we were stuck in traffic - history, culture, places to visit that were nearby but not within view, etc.. And the bus did not even stop at Pier 86 as was on the brochure. Glad most of our tickets were free.
