Long wait times over crowded buses making you wait for the next bus just to be told to wait for the next bus which is also full. I am traveling with older ladies and would have just walked if I was solo.

We keep a close eye on daily sales to make sure we have enough buses scheduled for consistent departures on each route. We also track traffic patterns and check for any road closures every day to maintain a 15-minute frequency on our Downtown tour and a 30-minute frequency on our Uptown tour. The buses were scarce and when we finally got on one we were taken to the other end of Times Square, it was 5:30pm, and were told to get off the bus that he was closing so we had to walk from the other side of TS to Bryant Park for our bus ride home. I was seeing other Big Bus buses until I left at 9:00. Very disappointed. Will not spend $ again on this.

Tours were not available as stated. Busses were not running as informed. Research prices before purchasing on the streets of NY.
