We usually book a hop on hop off bus when visiting on a city break but the New York Hop on Hop off bus is not worth the money. The traffic is so busy so the bus is queuing in traffic, very little information about the landmarks and lots of music. On many occasions we just got off the bus and walked, in hindsight it would have been easier to use the subway

We monitor traffic patterns and road closures daily to ensure our Downtown tour runs every 15 minutes and our Uptown tour every 30 minutes. The sights and commentary were very good. Great way to see New York and decide where you would like to spend longer

Bought 2 day pass so we spent a lot of time on bus. Recorded info repeated over and over and not coordinated with the landmark. Recordings were outdated. Info was from before the pandemic. Staff was helpful and friendly.
