Commentary ok for a while then just dried up to boring music and no info. V annoying voices doing commentary. Rude drivers, one wouldn't stop to let me on, another had v bad attitude- pouring with rain and didn't help anyone, offer headphones or leaflets. V bad experience

Staff was great and the App was very helpful. Buses were easy to track so you know when to be at at your stop and how far off the bus was.
