I didn’t enjoy the experience. We went off route without notice. I understand that the bus may need to adjust their route based on traffic or city activities, but it would have been nice if they had let us know so that we could have picked this tour for a different day.
Also, on one of the stops, they had us all get off the bus, they got a completely different group on the bus and left us waiting in like on the sun for about 30-45 minutes waiting for other buses to pick-us up. No explanation. Simply stating: “my manager is telling me to do this”.
There are other double-decker bus experiences in New York and I had picked this one because I thought that the guides were going to be better. I didn’t feel like I got good guides.
If I would have to pick again, I would pick a different company.

It is disappointing to hear that you were not informed by our agents of the Stop closures due to events beyond our control in downtown Manhattan. Our closures are mandated by the Dept of Transportation, and we do always post these closures on our website and our app under "service information" and due to the Youth Climate Protest, we did experience route changes. Upon investigation, it was determined that the exchange, was done due to a malfunction and passengers were transferred to the nearest operating bus. We sincerely apologize, we were unable to exceed your expectation. None the less, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience as we refer to our passengers in improving our services.
