The sales person didn’t listen to what we said and omitted to tell us that it was a very limited service

We had some route changes due to the Labor Day Parade and 9/11 ceremony. Problem with ticket had to find a supervisor to correct error. Ticket would not come up in there system thank god u had laid receipt.

Use this as a tour rather than a bus to hop on and off. We got good seats on the top of the bus and stayed on it until we hopped off to go shopping in Soho (Bloomingdale’s, etc). When we got back on though we couldn’t get back on the top and had to sit on the bottom deck, in the heat, with obscured windows- not nice at all. Eventually some people got off the bus and we could get back on the top deck. The headphones and commentary we good though. Also, there are 2 routes, but you can only do the tours on the same day and only once.

Hi Avsy14, we appreciate your honest feedback, as we are always looking for ways to improve. We always encourage guests to start the tours early to ensure there is time for both loops. Our Downtown loop takes around 1.5 hours to complete while the Uptown loop takes about 1 hour to complete without stopping. We are happy to hear you were able to take both routes but hope we can welcome you back so you can have more time on the bus!
