The requirement between a ticket and a voucher was very confusing. The ticket agents were not very knowledgeable or fluent in english. We finally figured out that we needed to take our ticket to the agent and get our voucher to show the driver.
The traffic in Manhattan is crazy and made for a very long uneventful ride around the city, often simply doing a full circle around a city block - which took 20min.
But the event that has motivated me to write this review in hopes that it helps others make their NYC choices, is that when we got ourselves back, with 1min to spare, to the last bus running at that particular stop, the bus driver shut the doors as we banged on the door to let us in, and he just waved us off and took off. The agent who was there just looked at us, shrugged his shoulders and took off.
I would not recommend this tour!
