Downtown bus was good. Uptown was terrible. We had to get off twice to change uptown buses for malfunction. We finally have up on the 3rd try. HORRIBLE!!!

Tour was pretty good. Had stops at all the major attractions and staying on for the whole loop only took less than 2 hours (then we used it as transportation the rest of the day). Staff are friendly. Bus is spacious. Only downsides are that it can get very hot on the upper level. This is obviously where you want to be and there's nothing they can do about weather, so bring a hat, water and sunscreen. Other negative was that the tour was prerecorded and a little tacky. Would have been nice to have a live tour guide (and considering the 500 people pushing the tour in Times Square, they do have the staffing to accomplish this) but the recording is ok. Final point is that 5:00 is too early for tours to finish up. Considering the long lines for attractions, the company needs to extend the hours to at least 7 or 8 so you can finish your tour after seeing attractions. Plan to get off no more than twice (once if you get off at the Statue of Liberty) and go back to other locations by walking or using the subway. Overall a good tour though and worth the price.

All the employees are great at customer service. The horrible thing about our experience was that they did not AC on the bus. Everyone had to sit on the roofless/shade less top.

Unfortuantely, all of the buses in our fleet are open-top, double decker buses which connect to the outdoors. Due to this, we apologize that we are unable to offer air conditioning. We hope you were still able to enjoy the sights of New York!
