5/5 would book again! Great sail around the bay. Enjoyed the informative narrative of Alcatraz stories. Perfect length of time (90 min) on the water and excellent views! A must while visiting SF, and the site easily accepted the groupon voucher.

Communication about the Alcatraz trip was very prompt and clear in advance of the trip and I had no problem picking up the ticket. All staff were very helpful in the office and on all the buses. Buses ran frequently and I never had to wait long for one to come along. Going over the Golden Gate was freezing - take a coat if you sit upstairs. The driver did warn everyone it would be cold and allowed passengers to move downstairs if they wanted.

Great value and a must if you in San Francisco easy to use and Alcatraz tour was well organised best to do the full bus trip to start as it gives you an idea of the different areas in the city and the drivers were very helpful
