I booked the big bus tour combo with Alcatraz tickets and wouldn't recommend it. Luckily I checked my voucher the day before to find I had to go the day before and get the Alcatraz tickets. They had been scheduled right in the middle of the day at 12:30 which meant we couldn't "hop off" at any stops to get to Alcatraz on time. Our first tour guide, Leo, talked so fast we didn't catch half of what was said. We were told a bus will stop every 15 minutes at each stop if we want to hop on, so after Alcatraz, we waited with some other riders for over 45 mins to get back on, only to find they were starting their last run. We couldn't participate in any of the included walking tours and didn't get to hop on and off once to explore. Very disappointing. The only reason I gave it a 2 was because the night tour was pretty good. The lights of the bay bridge were beautiful. It didn't make up for the whole day but at least it made a dent.

The atention of carlos Guzmán, was wonderful and the experiense in Chinatown was wonderful with the guide blake with the Ester eggs

It was great! The Chinatown Walking Tour with Doug was my highlight :) He did a great job! Also the Alcatraz visit was sooo interesting and the Hop-on Hop-off Tour let me see the entire city! Loved it!!
