Your tour time will be assigned 5 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned we are not able to make any changes, please note your timed entry will be allocated by Alcatraz this will not be able to be personally selected

I’m from Miami and I don’t really put reviews on anything good. This tour just make my vacation and my Girfriend was so happy after this tour. Beautiful GG bridge made me fell in love with her again. The guy who signed us up for the tour put us on a night tour package and that was totally a great deal. Everyone should do it

We visited San Francisco from May 25-29 and caught the Big Bus tour for two of these days since that is always a great way to see a new City. We have taken many of the Big Bus tours at other major cities throughout the world and San Francisco’s Big Bus was really well organized and definitely hit the main attractions and landmarks of The City by the Bay. Additionally, once we arrived in San Francisco we decided that we would also like to take the Alcatrez tour but since we started looking for tickets so late all the tours for the duration of our stay were shown to be sold out. While we were buying our tickets fo the Big Bus tour at the Pier 41 stop, we asked the ticket agent (Isaac) if there were any Alcatrez tickets still available through Big Bus. Isaac told us he would make a few calls to search around and after about 10 minutes of checking different sources, he was able to find us the last 3 Alcatrez tickets that were available through Big Bus for May 28th. We were very happy to get these “last minute” Alcatrez tickets thanks to the diligent effort of Isaac and the Alcatrez tour itself was really the topping on a wonderful 4 days in San Francisco

We were in San Francisco one day and did the Red Bus and Alcatraz tour. So informative and interesting. Got to see much of the city without worrying about driving and parking.
