I had to cancel my tour after my holiday was cancelled due to covid restrictions but viator have still not refunded my money after numerous attempts to contact them.

It was an absolute thrill to go on a tour of the very famous Golden Gate Bridge and the equally famous Alcatraz prison where I was amazed at the conditions under which the prisoners confined to solitary confinement had to go through.

Didn’t go due to corona virus pandemic. Wish I could have gotten my money back. Because it was an all sales final tour, was not able to cancel even tho I called viator/cheap advisor to try.
