We always try to go to a Hard Rock Cafe if there is one and we had nothing but great food and great service here! We have been to a few now and when we went just recently in New York it was just as good as always! Sorry to hear others didn’t have as good as experience as us.We would certainly go back!

Our first time in New York, but we have been to a few Hard Rock Cafe’s around Europe and always had excellent customer service, The food was lovely and you could not go wrong and it was a great restaurant! But the staff are abit disappointing, the server was okay he just seemed abit off his head as if he just smoked weed, Maybe that’s just him but was really odd! As we were paying I gave my boyfriend my phone to do this and he walked down with my boyfriend and said it’s always us men that have to pay for this sh*t which I thought was really rude! Considering we tipped him very well We then went to collect our glasses from the shop and the lady was so rude she never spoke one word to us just took our reciept bagged up the glasses and just pushed it towards us we were baffled! How can a place like this have such bad staff! I have worked in hospitality and around customers for years and even on a bad day I would never come across so rude. It really throws you off. I will say we went to the one in Cyprus and it was great we would return just not New York Hard Rock Cafe..

I have been to this place many times but this time was a letdown. The menu is overpriced. I ordered a “spicy” burger as they had listed on their menu. I asked the guy at the bar for extra spice, as in jalapeños or chilli or anything to make it a bit hotter. What I was served was something that was dry, no jalapeños, no spice whatsoever. I sis eat it as I was very hungry. The mayonnaise dipping sauce that was served with a small amount of chips had more spice than the burger. I spoke to the person whom took my order and he explained that The Hard Rock Cafe wasn’t putting any jalapeños on their so called “spicy burger” due to too many complaints. He also showed me that he hag written on my order that I wanted jalapeños and I wanted spicy but my request was ignored. WHY LIST A SPICY BURGER THEN?? To the Hard Rock’s credit they didn’t charge me the $19USD for the burger. I was most disappointed as I could have gone to McDonalds and bought a double cheeseburger and asked for a bit of lettuce on it for a fraction of the price. Anyway, my opinion of this restaurant, after visiting many times over the past 13 years, is that I probably won’t go back. Overpriced and the quality has disappeared.
