The tour itself was quite enjoyable, once we finally left. The.commentary lacked depth, but it was interesting to see the neighborhoods where the rich and famous live. Leaving over 20 minutes late, however, in the hope that more customers might arrive, is totally unacceptable. We were told to arrive by 4:10 for our 4:30 tour, which we did. Check-in took 30 seconds at most. It was then suggested that we spend the remaining time in the souvenir shop (for which we were given a voucher for 10% off). At 4:20, we were told we oould get on the bus. There were 3 couples on the bus by 4:30, when it was due to depart. The driver was ready to leave,, but for the next 20 minutes, the salesman continued to hustle passers-by for more custom. He only gave up when one couple said they were going to get off and demanded their money back. This total disregard for the customers they had in the hope of selling more tickets, tinged our enjoyment of the tour. We would not use this company again.

Since the 4:30 pm tour is our last departure of the day, sometimes we have to wait for the guests that are late, it"s very inconvenient for you who arrived early and for us too.

Not a good use of time and money however the driver was good. Car was not. Start location was bad and scary. Wasn’t sure our car would be ok when we returned.

Hollywood changed after covid and there are more homeless than before, but that has nothing to do with the quality tour we give. Glad that the tour guide was good

Loved the tour and tour guide.. can not recall his name but he was great and very informative. He had been driving doing tours for 12 or 13 years. We seen the famous boxer , Conner outside of his home
