Our host for this evening was amazing - lovely, genuine, funny, entertaining and full of information. The hangi was delicious - there was lots of food and a wide variety. However, if you do have dietary issues I would recommend you contact them beforehand as they will make adjustments. Of course, this is an event for tourists, but nonetheless, we found it to be interesting, well coordinated and good fun. Particularly enjoyed the Maori village dancing and singing presentation. Dinner was served around 8pm, so make sure you have had a snack before if you can't last that long.
