Up up and away! It was a wonderful experience where I felt very well taken care of. Steven, our driver, got us to our location safe and sound, and though Babbling Brooke was an excellent co-pilot, Tommy was an even better Captain!! Talk about a serene experience. However, I will say my favorite part was probably the extra champagne to go with the gourmet breakfast served on the desert planes. Thanks Hot Air Expeditions for such a great experience!

Hello Brooke, It's definitely a treat to see the desert waking up from the basket of a hot air balloon! Captain Tommy is an excellent pilot, and he knows the area very well. Of course, the best way to end a great flight is to be welcomed back to earth with a hot meal and champagne toast! This is a "must do" experience! We had an early morning flight. Hot Air Expeditions picked us up at the hotel and took us to a site where there were many balloons going up at the same time. This is awesome because it is so beautiful to not be the only balloon. The experience is gentle and sweet. If anyone is scared of heights...go anyway! For some strange reason, it simply isn't scary at all. It is peaceful and romantic. When we landed, they had a table set up for a great breakfast and champagne. The pilot was experienced and skilled. the ground crew were professional and knowledgeable. Please consider this adventure and if you do we highly recommend this company!

Hello, It's quite a sight seeing multiple balloons launching at the same time isn't it? It's hard to believe they are as big as they are, when you see them so high in the air! It's wonderful to hear that you felt safe and enjoyed the beautiful views of the Sonoran desert below!
