The pickup was very prompt and accommodating. however when we got to the airport our driver took out a machine and wanted me to swipe my card to give him a tip. The machine with all in Chinese writing. I did see the amount that we can tip but I was very uncomfortable issue in my credit card for the guy to swipe. I ended up giving him $20 cash.

Excellent. The driver arrived a few minutes earlier than requested, was parked right outside of hotel. Didn’t hesitate to take the suitcases for placing in the vehicle. Drove very nicely to the airport without any hassle and dropped us off right outside the doors to the terminal.
