Our driver was right on time for our scheduled pick-up. He called us a few minutes before he got to our hotel, and again as he was pulling up in front of the hotel. He got us to La Guardia quickly. He was very pleasant and we enjoyed some nice conversation with him.

This was a horrible experience. The drivers bullied us into paying an additional amount before they would take us to our location even though it was all paid in advance. they refused to give us a receipt for the transaction. In addition to this we booked a van for seven riders and was sent two mini vans. Do not use this Company!

Had to keep ringing the company for pickup time,an where was our transport,no license plate or drivers name given.Should have taken a New York taxi at a flat rate.
