We are in Wyoming for our honeymoon and we booked a Mustang tour with Cody Wyoming Adventures. We had the privilege of being driven around in a hummer with the owner of the company! It was very personal and sweet! We recommend this company to other couples.

Enjoyed the trip to see wild mustangs in remote areas south of Cody. The first group of mustangs were conveniently located near the dirt road. The second group required about a 20-minute walk to get within required viewing distance. Because you're working on rough terrain with a lot of prickly pears, I would recommend closed shoes. The guide was knowledgeable about the mustangs origins and behaviors which made the ride all the more interesting. Yes, I would recommend this tour.

We had a great guide in Chris. We did see a couple horses that were close but unfortunately the larger herd we only saw in the distant. We did see a snake, horny toad (My favorite that I got to hold), spider nest, rabbit and learned a lot about the horses and also the other wildlife and terrain. It was a great tour and I would highly recommend it. On a side note, the next day we were leaving town and because of the tour we kept an eye out for the horses as we drove by the area. We were able to see a herd of horses by the road and drove down a road to see them up close. Later we also saw the largest herd in the distance. We would have never even thought to look for them if not for this tour. It was wonderful!
