Au 2e établissement vinicole, nous proposons un menu de déjeuner en pré-commande au choix et envoyez-nous vos commandes de déjeuner par e-mail avant la date de votre visite. Au troisième domaine viticole du Wine Tour (De Portola Trail), vous recevrez une visite du vin et de la production pendant et aurez l'occasion de déguster du vin tout droit sorti d'un tonneau de vin dans la salle de production. Wine Tour (De Portola Trail - Daily) Late Bird Tour (Saturday Only) Danza del Sol is the first stop of our Traditional Wine Tour. It's a boutique winery and was the first winery built on De Portola Road in the 1970's. For the 11 am and 11:45 am tours, we always try to arrange a mini production tour so our customers can learn a little bit about the wine making process and the different fermentations wine goes through between stainless steel vessels and oak barrels.

Wine Tour (De Portola Trail - Daily) Late Bird Tour (Saturday Only) Night Out Tour (Friday & Saturday) Somerset Winery is where we arrange a production tour for every time slot of our Traditional Wine Tour. Someset is unique because is it the only winery in southern California (and one of only 8 wineries in the U.S.) which produce wine through the ancient terra-cotta process which started in Persia over 8,000 years ago. The process involves fermentation inside large clay vessels which avoids producing tannins from the traditional oak barrels, and instead gives the wine a more all-natural taste. Many wine enthusiasts say that this is the most pure way to make wine, but you will have to determine that for yourself once your take our wine tour!

Rancho Cal Wine Tour (Saturday Only) You will enjoy the opportunity to eat lunch in Maurice Car'rie Winery's barrel room with super cold a/c. Winery staff will serve wine tastings during lunch. Please note that the cost of lunch is not included in the price of the ticket. Lunch orders must be pre-ordered via email and can be paid on the day of the tour.

Visite des vins (Sentier De Portola - Quotidien) Late Bird Tour (samedi uniquement) Danza del Sol est la première étape de notre visite traditionnelle des vins. C'est une cave de caractère et a été la première cave construite sur De Portola Road dans les années 1970. Pour les visites de 11h et 11h45, nous essayons toujours d'organiser une mini visite de production afin que nos clients puissent en apprendre un peu plus sur le processus de vinification et les différentes fermentations que traverse le vin entre des cuves en acier inoxydable et des fûts de chêne.

Visite des vins (Sentier De Portola - Quotidien) Late Bird Tour (samedi uniquement) Visite nocturne (vendredi et samedi) Somerset Winery est l'endroit où nous organisons une visite de production pour chaque créneau horaire de notre visite traditionnelle des vins. Someset est unique car c'est le seul domaine viticole du sud de la Californie (et l'un des 8 seuls domaines viticoles aux États-Unis) qui produit du vin selon l'ancien processus de terre cuite qui a commencé en Perse il y a plus de 8 000 ans. Le processus implique une fermentation dans de grands récipients en argile, ce qui évite de produire des tanins à partir des fûts de chêne traditionnels et donne au vin un goût plus naturel. De nombreux amateurs de vin disent que c'est la façon la plus pure de faire du vin, mais vous devrez le déterminer par vous-même une fois que vous aurez fait notre visite des vignobles !

Le personnel de la cave servira des dégustations de vin pendant le déjeuner. Veuillez noter que le coût du déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans le prix du billet. Can’t say enough good things about this wine tour!! We booked late and everyone was really accommodating. You can pick your own tunes which helped make the vibes bop. Moses was wonderful and got us the best seats at all the wineries. Even though it wasn’t included, he dropped us off at our Airbnb at the end of the night. SO GREAT. A true gem. Would 100% go again, just need to find a weekend that works!

I booked SoCal Wine tours for my friends 50th birthday. Let’s just say that I can not rave enough about how well Moses and his staff (Jessie and Emmanuel) took care of us yesterday. We were a group of 6 arranged to be picked up at our hotel. Even though on the website it says for groups of 12+. Moses made it happen. They were prompt and very responsive to all our needs. The moment we met Jessie and Emmanuel, you can tell they were just as excited to meet us just as we were. Inside the vehicle you are given water and an iPad to even play your own playlist. At our first stop Emmanuel laid out the ground rules for the wineries and communicated times of picks up. Emmanuel was so nice that he even suggested taking pictures of the group at each stop. At our second stop we were greeted by the Owner Moses, who I was in communication with from the time I had booked this tour. I can see where his staff gets their kindred spirit from. You can tell his energy trickles down to his staff, welcoming us upon meeting him and giving the birthday celebrant a shout out. As we were seated at the restaurant for our second tasting. Emmanuel came back around and dropped off individual waters at the table for us to hydrate and cool off. We finally were at our last destination and the views were breathtaking just as Emmanuel described. We were sad to have to end the tour. But here is a big shout out to our driver, Jessie and Emmanuel. If you're looking to book a wine tour. I highly recommend booking with SoCal Wine Tours. No wonder they are credited with a 5 rating. Thank you once again Moses, Jessie and Emmanuel.

I would never use Viator again. My fault for not doing more research, but I trusted that the website would not give false information. Viator's website says they will price match if the tour is found anywhere at a cheaper price. This is not true. This particular wine tour is $10 cheaper per person on the direct website. 6 of us went, so I was expecting a refund of $60. When I called, the woman on the phone did not accommodate and acted like I made that policy up. The actual wine tour was fun, but of course being in a pandemic, you get a glass of wine instead of multiple tastings at most of the places, which is not at all like my previous experience in Temecula. It was like 92 degrees and the A/C in the tour bus didn't work. It is also definitely not a luxury vehicle as described! Overall, would like my money back honestly. I did the cable car tour last trip to Temecula and it was way more fun and worth the money.
