Great experience let down by the elevators leaving the building! We bought the Express tickets which allowed us to just the queues up, but unless you flashed your tickets or asked, there were no signs for the express ticket line. It was great up top but when we went to leave there was a 90 minute queue to leave, which is diabolical to be honest. We paid Express and we should have been allowed to leave ahead of the queue! Box ticked and never again thanks

Avoid at all costs! Over an hour to get in and still in the queue to go up! Staff blaming things on ‘the management’ Unbelievably poor customer service. Elon needs to get involved

Pointlessly long queues, rude staff and a waste of a day in New York. We waited 40 minutes past our booking scheduled time to them spend another 60 minutes in the security queue followed by 60 minutes waiting for the elevator and an additional 90 minutes to get back down. The observation floor was so crowded it was impossible to see anything. If this is off-season February crowds, I'd hate to be here in Summer. Avoid this place - go to Empire State instead.
