It was pretty cool. But everything costs money. If you want to go into the rainbow room? You have to pay. Beam ride? Pay. Any pictures taken? You can view them but you have to pay. Everything costs, and it’s very expensive.

Hello, the whole experience was amazing but I really need help and I guess we’ll see how good your customer service is:) I came and took a picture on the beam experience with my family on Jan 26th 2025 . It was between 4:30 and 5:30 pm, 4 people. I cannot find the way to go back to the website to download it and I would love to develop it in a big poster format for my husband’s birthday. The quality of the one I have on my phone is not good enough. Do you think there is anyway you can help me retrieve it? I can send you the one I have so that you can recognize us? Another must do in New York! The views are amazing before you make your way up, you can relax on the shopping mall or grab a bite! Once you are ready to go up, you will make your way up to the 76th Floor, the staff are amazing at controlling queues so it does not feel over crowded! Before making your way up, you are lresented with a movie telling the story of the building and what is purpose really was before being built! Once this is finished you are free to go and explore the views, it is absolutley breath taking views i do recommend if you are planning to visit the Empire State Building then do so in the afternoon and leave Top Of The Rock for the eveninga s you get to see New York Skyline at night, they are open for admissions all the way uo to 22PM so there is no rush! It was magical to see New York at night and really breath in the view!
