When you purchase a ticket through this company you should know that it is really not a ticket. The document that you receive is used to go to Top of the Rock and then wait in line for an actual ticket that may be good for entering the deck maybe an hour or 2 later. This process is really deceiving, we were not able to go up to the deck because the wait was so long that we would have missed the subway back to Jersey. I still have not received my money back!

Best views in New York! Three floors and the top one has no glass barriers so perfect for photos. Good access for prams and wheelchairs.

Well I have to give this one a slightly mixed review. We wanted to go the day before but even trying to book at 11.30am in the morning there were no slots left so we booked for 9.20am the following day. They have several tills but only a couple working so we also had to wait quite a time to be told we couldn't come in that day which was a little annoying. We arrived a little earlier and went to find the entrance to The Top of the Rock which is very clearly sign posted, the entrance is just up from FAO Schwarz. For goodness sake do not arrive too far ahead of your allocated slot or you will be rudely addressed by the mafia type door man and told in no uncertain terms to go back when it is your time to go in. Customer services was not his strong point and it was made worse by his spitting on the pavement, not really a good first impression for the venue. Once a time slot arrived and the mafia door man was happy for us to go in we were off. You get the opportunity to have your picture taken on a girder like you are up on the building but the photographer is rushing everyone through and when we went to look at ours my friends foot was right across my face which was a shame as we really wanted the picture, so bear that in mind if you are going the fling yourself about. The actual Top Of The Rock experience is brilliant, look up when your in the elevator, I won't say why but do look up. When you get to the top the views are breath taking and worth all that went before. We had a fabulous time walking round and taking in all the views. Central Park looks huge and beautiful from there. Despite the problems I would still say book but be aware it is busy and you may need to book for the next day so don't leave it to your last day to go.
