The lining up and entry was pretty chaotic. Very short staffed. The guys did their best, but were overwhelmed. The disorganization detracted from the great viewing experience.

Beautiful view at the top but very poorly organized. We had tix for the sunset viewing at 3pm, we stood in line for over 1hr30 and got in later than the timed reservation at 4:30pm. Luckily we caught the sunset but just in time, if not I think I would have gone to complain. Lots of people were cutting the line, I think they had a city pass but no timed reservation. Once inside, you could tell they had oversold tix, it was sooooo crowded and very hard to get a view. I did not appreciate the mandatory passage to their photographer, I think this should be an option. We did not stay as long as we had planned as we had restaurant reservations. Definitely not worth the money for us.

The experience was not one I would want to do again. Directions were bad, short staffed (overbooked) and customer service is horrible. Had tickets for a required time. Could not get in line until that time. However- no one was there to mange the line and many people cut in front. By the employees own admission - they over booked. I paid extra for the sunset view and we missed it due to poor communication and organization by the employees. I emailed customer service to discuss the issue and no one has answered me back. I suggest you skip this one and go to the edge, it is more organized.
