Great view and cool experience. However, the disorganization was incredibly frustrating. I bought the express pass for 2 months in advance and had to hope an employee would listen to me and see my pass so I wouldn’t have to wait in the line that wrapped around the block. After we got in there was again little to no assistance from employees - I had to flag down another employee and explain that I had express passes and then we were thankfully taken out of a line that we would’ve waited for over an hour in after spending $170 for two people (for some reason it wasn’t noticed that I had express passes after scanning them). All in all we really enjoyed the views and got some amazing pictures. However, I expected way more for paying almost double of an entry fee for express passes.

It was an unpleasant experience. Crowded, unpunctuality, rude staff members and really expensive. In my opinion they are selling too many tickets and that makes an awful experience.It was my second time there,and the last one for sure.
