We made plans and paid well in advance. Our contact at viator assured us a time slot and wrote it in special instructions. After arriving early, we endured mass confusion on the part of the establishment. We were told that we had to wait another 6 hours over our scheduled time slot. After arguing with the manager, they finally took us up. Very stressful!

The tickets were clearly oversold for each time slot. The entire experience feels like being a cow being hearded- miserable and not with the $200+ we spent. They also charge you $10 extra for sunset tickets at 2pm when the sun goes down after 4. We ended up waiting over 20 mins jammed together outside, then went inside for another queue, then another queue for a forced photo opp, then another queue for an elevator, then you get up to the observation deck and can’t move there are so many people. The whole thing felt like a rip off.

A real shame as fantastic views however the whole experience queuing was chaos. The staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. Everyone was told to line up then told we shouldn’t have, they were also letting so many queue jump as it was so unorganised. An hour queue despite having a timed ticket was disappointing. Perhaps it’s not like this not around Christmas but it put a real dampener on the experience.
